A Solera brandy with a Specific Denomination Brandy je Jerez, Fundador Solera is unlike whiskey, gin and other liqueurs, the only one that comes from grapes and from the distillation of Sherry wines with soleras that were established in 1874. It’s aged in oak barrels, provides its characteristic nobility, both in the aroma and taste.
