Château de Saint-Martin
The rich heritage of Château de Saint-Martin, a sprawling 100-hectare estate nestled in the heart of Provence. Founded by the Romans in the 1st century BC, this esteemed winery has stood as a beacon of winemaking excellence for centuries. Under the stewardship of the Lérins monks from the 10th to the 18th century, it flourished as a renowned priory, with its remarkable underground cellar still in use today. Since 1740, this legacy has been meticulously preserved by generations of French nobility, with Adeline de Barry, the granddaughter of Count Edme de Rohan-Chabot, proudly continuing the tradition.

What sets Château de Saint-Martin apart is not only its storied history but also its unique lineage—this winery has been owned and operated by women for the past 11 generations. This tradition of female leadership adds a remarkable dimension to its legacy, shaping its character and guiding its commitment to excellence.
Château de Saint-Martin's dedication to preserving its heritage extends beyond winemaking. Collaborating with Liquoristerie de Provence, they breathe new life into ancient recipes, infusing their wines with a Provençal twist while honoring centuries-old traditions. This partnership is rooted in shared values and a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship, as evidenced by their collaboration with La Grande Distillerie de Bordeaux, Archambeaud Frères, founded in 1820.
